Pearly Everlasting flowers:: Pearly Everlasting may help stop the release histamine from the immune system, which helps reduce inflammation and cell blockage during an allergic reaction. They are an astringent and an anti-inflammatory remedy for swollen mucus membranes. Pearly may be helpful with asthma as well as allergic reactions.

Hawthorn berry & leaf::  Medical studies show that hawthorn extract can reduce the immune cell infiltration into the lungs & was comparable in potency to Montelukast (a drug for allergic asthma) (1)

Milky Oats & Straw:: Milky oats (Avena sativa) promotes the health of the nervous system. They deeply aid the body in responding to stress in a healthy way. They bring balance & groundedness back to the body and mind.

Wild Rose petals:: They are packed with antioxidants and Vitamin C in high amounts which makes it perfect for Immune support. They may also help with fighting against viral and bacterial infections.

Goldenrod:: Goldenrod is a well known Sinus Remedy. With decongestant properties they can effectively alleviate upper respiratory congestion stemming from allergies, sinusitis, flu, or the common cold. They bring a feeling of late fall sunshine with them.
