This formula was created to aid Gut restoration.  This formula is FULL of prebiotic fiber encouraging the growth of healthy gut bacteria. Each Plant is carefully selected in this formula to aid digestion, support gut microbiome and modulate inflammation. Meant to support the Lymph and aid the Gut-Nervous pathway to promote healthy digestion as well.

Calendula, Chamomile, Plantain, Self-heal , Motherwort, Lemon Balm, & Milky Oat tops

Calendula:: Calendula is a very diverse, gentle, and may be effective for clearing the gut and helping to heal a damaged gut wall which may be the root cause of some food intolerances. Calendula may reduce inflammation in the gut wall, detoxify pathogens in the body, help fight amoebic infections and worms and help to heal pelvic and bowel infections.

Chamomile:: Chamomile has a secret super power..they don’t only smell amazing they also may help restore gut flora. They may reduce inflammation and speeds healing in the gut. They aid in carrying toxins out of the body when harmful bacteria dies off. When taken with Acidophilus (often taking in probiotic form), studies have show an increase the colon’s ability to heal after a Candida overgrowth.

Plantain:: They are considered prebiotic in nature, which means it feeds good gut bacteria, which helps promote a healthy gut microbiome. Plantain fiber may also block intestinal pathogens from adhering to the gut lining.

Self-heal:: Self-heal  is one of those herbs that seem to do everything. They may support the lymph, heal wounds and even support in removing pathogens from the body. May be especially helpful in cases where antibiotics are taken, antibiotics will kill the bacteria but who will take out the gunk? Self- heal may just do that. They also may aid in inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis), diarrhea, colic, and stomach upset and irritation.

Motherwort:: Motherwort is extremely bitter and, like most bitter herbs, they can help stimulate digestion. They are indicated for loss of appetite due to anxiety or nervousness.

Lemon balm:: Lemon Balm is what’s known as a carminative herb, meaning they can relieve stagnant digestion, ease abdominal cramping, and promote the overall digestive process. The volatile oils in Lemon Balm contain chemicals known as terpenes may relax muscles and relieve symptoms such as excess gas.

Milky oat tops:: Milky oats are Nutritive to the gut and strengthening tonic for debility & restoration. They work on the gut-nervous system axis to restore a healthy response to stress. They also encourage the growth of healthy gut bacteria.
