Yarrow:: Yarrow is a powerful & ancient fertility herb that supports the blood. Yarrow strengthens blood circulation and improves blood flow. Yarrow has been used traditionally for painful menstrual cramps, due to their antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory actions. This means it aids the muscles of the uterus to work efficiently without spasm and/or cramping up. Uterine cramping and inflammation are the cause of the pain associated with menstrual cramps.

Chamomile:: Relaxes the uterus and may effectively diminish the production of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are hormone-like substances that affect several bodily functions, including inflammation, pain and uterine contractions.  They also may reduce stomach cramps due to indigestion and works by increasing the glycine levels in the body. This in turn helps to reduce the intensity of muscle spasms, ensuring a healthy digestive system.
